Under the federal copyright law it is illegal to reproduce professional photographs without the written consent of the photographer.
Session Fees
Are required at the time you book your session to reserve the date.
Orders
Must be placed TWO WEEKS from the time the proof images are presented to the client. A $25 deposit is required at the time of the sitting and will be credited toward the order IF it is placed within the TWO WEEK time period. At the time the order is placed 75% of the total is due. The remaining 25% is due before the prints leave Amber Light Images.
Retouching
All images that leave Amber Light Images aside from proof will have basic retouching (blemishes, and lightening under the eye). All other retouching (glasses glare, stray hairs, etc.) will be billed out at $30 an hour.
